This historic white clapboard home built by Gus Boon in the late 1800’s offers an ideal setting for any special occasion.

Situated at the foot of Cahas Mountains, the terraced private gardens feature old stone walls adorned with over 175 English boxwoods and many flowering plants. The property is set apart by many mature trees, most notably two large magnolias. A small stream runs through the property with a gazebo perched above. Four millstones from the old mill are distinctive elements in the yard.
