Weddings
The terraced landscape of Sundara provides a perfect layout for having your wedding ceremony and reception at the same location. The spacious and elegant gardens offer many possibilities for your event among mature trees, boxwoods and flowering plants. A bridal changing room with mirrors, dressing table, private bathroom and porch is available on the main floor of the historic house. We also provide a room for the Groom and Groomsmen to prepare for the wedding, enjoy refreshments or shoot pool while they wait for the big moment. The former cook’s cottage has been renovated to provide attractive outdoor bathroom facilities.
Sundara can accommodate up to 400 guests. A separate building is available for your caterer and is included in the price.
Sundara welcomes its clients to choose their caterers from the list of approved, licensed vendors. Please see our “Related Links” page for more information. If you would like to use a caterer or vendor who is not on this list, please inquire about having them approved.
There is a bath house on the property with two restrooms, stocked with cotton handtowels and other amenities.
